Goodwill South Texas Retail Stores: Updated Return Policy

Dear valued shoppers,

Thank you for your continued support of Goodwill South Texas Retail Stores. We have updated our return policy to better serve you.

Effective February 2, 2024, all sales are final. However, we understand that sometimes clothing purchases may need to be returned. In such cases, refunds or store credit will be provided under the following conditions:

    • Items must be returned within 3 days of purchase with the original receipt and tags still attached.
    • Debit or credit card refunds will be credited back to the card used for payment.
    • Cash refunds require approval from the Store Manager and District Manager.

Please note: This policy applies only to clothing purchases. Accessories, shoes, furniture, electronics, books, and home decor remain not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Additionally, fitting rooms will be permanently closed in all our stores, including new constructions or renovations.
