Corpus Christi, TX – the 30th Annual Goodwill Run, presented by Killian Calderon Disposal, celebrates 30 years of racing on Saturday, March 4, 2017 at Railroad Seafood Station with the 5K/10K Run and 2-Mile Walk course along Corpus Christi’s scenic bay front.
As the largest annual fundraising activity, the Goodwill Run is a premier race and attracts participants from all over Texas to compete and support the mission of Goodwill. The 2016 Goodwill Run had record-breaking attendance and was a great success, fundraising over $43,000 — thanks to sponsors, race participants and volunteers.
The goal for the 30th Annual Goodwill Run is to draw 800 participants and raise $50,000. The annual Goodwill Run is critical in funding Goodwill’s free employment and training programs, serving thousands of South Texans with disabilities or other barriers to employment each year.
